This movie is every genre. It’s why movies are so fun. The “funny action movie” is pretty common these days, especially with Marvel going that direction with the MCU. But Ryan Reynolds’ brand of comedy just really works here. The jokes come often, and even though you’re expecting them, they still find a way to surprise you. I will have to see this again, simply because I missed some of the jokes because I was laughing so hard. Oh, and Zazie Beetz is a delight. Just a damn fun, enjoyable movie.
